People are always asking Ivan how to get copies of his books. Unfortunately, they’re out of print and out of stock. Short of convincing Harcourt to re-issue them, you can still find used copies on the internet through Amazon or Barnes& Noble. A few of them are selling for quite a bit more than the published price, but sadly for him, Ivan earns no royalties on the used books. |
